Meet Catrick Swayze! This little "dirty dancer" is having "the time of his life" in a foster placement through Animal Advocates, but is ready for his next performance and a forever home. Could it be with you? The Dude and his littermate, Catrick Swayze, are perfect gentlemen and really all around super kittens. Impeccable litter box habits (i.e. The Dude does not micturate on rugs), gentle and even tempered around everyone they meet. Catrick purrs instantly when held and at the sight of another cat. He's more laid back and a little reserved, preferring to spend his days snuggling and lounging in a tunnel; whereas The Dude loves exploring, pouncing at anything that moves and is generally outgoing. Both kittens love laser pointers and interactive playtime with their foster family. Both Catrick and The Dude have been observed comfortable and savvy around adult cats. Both would benefit from a feline pal in the home. Adopt one (or better yet, the pair!) and prepare to be charmed by their whiskered whimsy. A discounted adoption fee is offered when adopting a pair of kittens from the rescue. While The Dude may be more confident and easily adapt to a home with feline-savvy dogs or young children, Catrick would be better suited to a quieter, adult-only home with a feline pal. Catrick Swayze has soft cinnamon and white coloration and the sweetest light green eyes. The Dude has classic dark/light brown tabby coloration and golden eyes. The kitten's birthday is May 2025. All have tested negative for Felv/FIV, up-to-date on age/weight appropriate vaccinations and treated for fleas/dewormed. All remaining initial vetting, including a neuter/spay and microchip, will be covered by the rescue. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Catrick Swayze was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Catrick Swayze’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Catrick Swayze’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Catrick Swayze’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
