Speckle is bound to sparkle in whichever home she lands in! A little shy at first, but mere seconds after sweetly baby talking your hello, Speckle comes running to get all of that attention and rub up against you. She's chatty, cuddly, curious, and very social with other cats, so she's basically purring perfection waiting for you to find her! Speckle was adopted from PAWS a few years ago, but was recently surrendered back due to unfortunate changes at home (trust us...if she could still be there, she'd be there). She would love to find an attentive and active home where she share the spotlight with other humans and felines, because who wants to be alone (hint: she doesn't)? Speckle just needs some minor dental care in the near future, for a cleaning and maybe extractions if your vet recommends it. She can also do a little overgrooming when she's stressed, so having your vet check her out for that and providing any additional advice on managing that will go a long way to her having a long time with you! Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Speckle's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Speckle was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Speckle’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Speckle’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Speckle’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
