About this Cat
Back in grade school you fell into two lunchroom camps; Team Popcorn Chicken, or Team Sloppy Joe. Times change, and it doesn't matter who were back then, all that matters now is that you are fully onboard with Team Sloppy Joe! Sloppy Joe is anything but, a real robust shy guy who is a secret sweetheart. Once he has a chance to settle in with his new home and family he'll be fun on a bun, so just give him a little time to marinate in his manufactured anxiety before he's ready to serve some adorably coy looks and requests for head pets. Sloppy Joe is definitely used to the comforts of home, but unfortunately none of the contact info assigned to his microchip when he was found was still valid, so we don't know the secret recipe his personality was made from. He did originally come in with another cat, so he would be fine as your one and only but could be open to a social friend as well. Sloppy Joe could use some attention to his dental needs in the future as well, just a cleaning for now but maybe more depending on what your vet recommends. Age: ~3 years How I came to PAWS: Found Stray/Lost Animal ID#: A180199 I am in a foster home and am not at the shelter. Please email [email protected] to learn more about how you can meet me!

Adopt Sloppy Joe and Receive Sloppy Joe's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Sloppy Joe's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Sloppy Joe's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Sloppy Joe, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Sloppy Joe's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sloppy Joe was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sloppy Joe’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Sloppy Joe’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sloppy Joe’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
