About this Cat
Meet Milo Moe- Your New Snuggle Buddy! Milo Moe is an exceptionally affectionate boy whose favorite hobbies include head bunts and enjoying cat trees. He is very calm and is perfectly content just hanging with you and accepting head scratches. While not a “lap cat”, he loves being close to you, be it on a chair, the couch, or the bed. Milo is also very polite, and hasn’t shown interest in chomping on plants or getting up to other nefarious deeds. He can be a little shy with new people and slow to find his voice, but once he gets comfortable he’s the best little pal you’ve ever had. Milo lived in a home previously where he enjoyed sleeping, window watching and soaking up fresh air and sun in the backyard. After basking in the sun and some quick running around, Milo enjoys eating his favorite food, tuna. He is also a sensitive boy who would also do best in an adult-only home, since he gets anxious in new spaces and tends to hide when overwhelmed. Milo has lived in a home with a small dog before and seems to prefer super chill dogs his own size, so he could repeat that set-up again. Milo was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism (not to be confused with the more common hyperthyroidism) and takes a teeny tiny pill daily in a bit of food, to keep his thyroid levels functioning optimally! Hypothyroidism is a chronic condition, so we expect Milo will take this medication for life, but thankfully it is fairly inexpensive and readily available online or through your chosen vet's office. Age: ~4 years old How I came to PAWS: Owner Surrender Animal ID#: A179478 Location: I am in a foster home and am not at the shelter. Please email [email protected] for more information on how to meet me!

Adopt Milo Moe and Receive Milo Moe's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Milo Moe's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Milo Moe's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Milo Moe, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Milo Moe's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Milo Moe was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Milo Moe’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Milo Moe’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Milo Moe’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
