About this Dog
Oso is yet another pittie mix looking for a forever home. He is currently around 5 months old and weighs 33 lbs. We believe he will remain a medium size dog when full grown.Oso is a beautiful blue pittie mix with what we think could be shepherd. He is a very sweet boy and quite sociable! His enjoyment is playing with toys and romping with other dogs. He does play rough and would do best with another dog(s) his size or larger. Best of all, he LOVES to snuggle!! Who doesn't love a snuggly pup?!!Oso is a smart dog and is doing well with his training. He is crate and house trained and walks/runs well on a leash. His foster mom is working with him on commands and he is food motivated. Oso does have a lot of energy and whoever ends up being his person or family needs to make sure he is properly exercised. Since he is a busy boy, we do recommend only older children in the household; no small kiddos. As for cats, we don't know, but suspect he would probably do best with a cat free home. Oso is scheduled for his neuter and microchip, current on vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm preventative and has had a fecal test. His adoption fee is $450. If you are interested in this very handsome pup, please submit an application on our website at https://worthytails.rescuegroups.org. 100% of Oso's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Oso.
Adopt Oso and Receive Oso's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Oso's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Oso's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Oso, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Oso's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Oso was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Oso’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Oso’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Oso’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
