Birthday: April 19, 2025 With long wisps of fur in her ears, this girl really does look like a little butterfly! Butterfly has come a long way from a stray, living in a shed, to what she is today! She loves how much attention she's getting from her foster humans. In fact, she'll let them hold, pet and handle her how ever they want! She even learned how to purr whenever she gets held! When she was living outside in a random shed, she had to fight to survive. All the smaller kitties had to struggle to get enough food due to the fact that the bigger ones would call dibs. She was incredibly thin when she arrived to the rescue. Her eyes were giving her issues and needed medical attention. Now that her dazzling eyes are cleared, she's looking as beautiful as ever! She even gained a healthy amount of weight with lots of yummy kitty food! Butterfly's dream home would be a place where there's lots of fun and love to go around! She would love for one of her pals to come with her, or there was a feline sibling waiting for her in her new home! They can keep each other entertained for hours and learn new things as they acclimate to the new environment together. She would also love to play with all the toys you possess! Butterfly's adoption donation is $175 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and spay. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Butterfly's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Butterfly was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Butterfly’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Butterfly’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Butterfly’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
