Birthday: April 20, 2025 Zeek already had a life full of harrowing experiences, and he was barely out of his kitten years! The little guy was part of a cat colony that resided in a house in Ephrata. The tenants of the house were forced to vacate the premises as the home was schedule to be demolished the following day. Rescuers acted quickly and rescued the cats in the home before it was too late. Zeek was one of those lucky victims that were rescued! Zeek is a little slow to grow, but he's as healthy as a horse! Nothing like a little munchkin to come home to! He adores his brother and always wants to play with him. He loves people so much that he's willing to let you hold him for as long as you want! Zeek has a silly side that loves to come out during his playtime activities. If there's one thing this guy is all about, it's most certainly his catnip toys! Zeek's adoption donation is $135 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zeek was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zeek’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Zeek’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Zeek’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
