About this Cat
Gus is a 3 yr old buff colored overweight kitty who is just desperately confused right now how he is in a foster home. Gus was adopted from his current foster by family in December 2022 as a 9 month old kitten and had been with them until his adoptive mom was diagnosed with Cancer and passed away July 2025. Unfortunately, there was no one who was able to care for him so he was returned to his original foster with Loving Care Cat Rescue. Gus has been seen since his first adoption in December 2022. Prior to that Loving Care Cat Rescue completed his neuter, testing, vaccines, and microchip prior to him being adopted. Both sets of records will all be shared with his adopter. He has been updated on his Rabies vaccine which was all that he was due when he arrived in care Gus is a very large boy and will need someone who can help him to get his weight back down and provide him some actiivty. Gus is currently living in a foster home with other fosters and 3 dogs. He does not seem to be bothered by any of them. He is very laid back, curious, and really enjoys attention. Gus's adoption donation is 115.00. If you would like more information on him please contact Pam at [email protected]. If you would like to fill out an online application, please visit https://lovingcarecatrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application/ Please note: LCCR does not allow our adopted cats and kittens to be declawed. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Gus (sweet buff boy)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Gus (sweet buff boy)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
