LOVABLE & FULL OF FUN Hello there — I'm Benjamin, and I'm here to steal your heart! My estimated birthday is April 27, 2025, and I arrived at my foster mom’s house not long after the Fourth of July — which inspired my patriotic name (along with my siblings: Betsy, Martha, and Thomas). We may be named after the Founding Fathers and Mothers, but don’t let that fool you — we’re all about fun, frolic, and feline affection. When we first arrived, we were a bit timid, unsure of the world and all its noises. But thanks to love, patience, and plenty of toys, I’ve blossomed into a playful, confident, and affectionate little guy. I zoom, pounce, and tumble through the day with my siblings — especially my favorite partner-in-crime, Betsy. Because I’m such a social kitten, I absolutely need a playful feline friend in my forever home to keep me company and join in on my daily adventures. I'm a well-rounded eater who enjoys both wet and dry kitten food, and I've spent time around humans of all ages. I’m also learning the ropes from the older resident cats in my foster home — they’re teaching me all the best napping spots and how to perfect the art of the purr. Though I’m still in foster care for now, meeting me is just a quick appointment away — and trust me, once we meet, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without me. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Benjamin (foster kitten) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Benjamin (foster kitten)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Benjamin (foster kitten)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Benjamin (foster kitten)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
