Brush time? Absolutely divine. It’s my favorite part of the day. I’ll lean into every stroke, purring contentedly with eyes half-closed in bliss. But there’s more to me than snuggles—I have a playful, spirited side too! I love batting around toys, chasing after feather wands, and exploring every nook and cranny of my environment. Sunlit windows are my personal happy place—I’ll often be found basking in the glow, soaking in the world from my cozy perch. I may be sight-impaired, but don’t let that fool you. When I first arrived at the rescue, one of my eyes was badly damaged and needed to be removed. Now, I’m a proud one-eyed wonder, and I haven’t let that slow me down one bit. I navigate my world with grace and confidence, living every moment to the fullest. I get along well with other cats, though I sometimes appreciate having a bit of personal space to retreat and recharge. I’m great with gentle, respectful children, and while I haven’t met any dogs yet, I may do well with a proper introduction. I’m currently thriving in a foster home, and meeting me is as easy as a whisker twitch. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.

This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Autumn (Foster Cat) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Autumn (Foster Cat)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Autumn (Foster Cat)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Autumn (Foster Cat)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
