•Enola, PA• Carlita is ready for her forever home! She was found roaming the streets in the hot summer months looking for food and water. She was always sweet and would come right up to her finder for lovins. We brought her into rescue to help her find a loving home and most importantly get her spayed and off the streets. She was born approx April 2019. She loves pets and will head butt you to continue giving her all the love. She likes to sit with you and cuddle or be close to your chest. She can be a bit vocal and sassy, she has a queen mentality and likes things her way. She is currently living with other cats and dogs however we feel she would thrive best by herself. She doesn't prefer to play with other cats and isn't too fond of the dogs. She is more of a people cat. She's happy just being with her people. Her ideal home would be a calm environment where she can cuddle with the people she loves. She is working on her food manners as she feels she needs to eat whatever you're eating and when you're eating. She has been easily redirected. She is litter box trained, spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Carlita was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Carlita’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Carlita’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Carlita’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
