•Duncannon, PA• Eleanor is a sweet spunky girl who loves to play with her brothers. She is a little over a year old. She can play for hours and then is ready for a good snooze! She will lay with you on her own time but definitely enjoys exploring her surroundings more. She loves pom pom balls and will walk around with them in her mouth. She likes anything can kick and chase.. She also enjoys catnip and interactive toys with strings to play with her human. Eleanor loves chasing the laser like it’s a sport. She does great with other cats and small and large breed dogs. She doesn’t like to be held much and is very independent. When she doesn’t want attention she will nibble at you. When she gets the zoomies she has a habit of jumping at your feet. Elenor would do great with a playmate or with a family who will play with her. Eleanor is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Eleanor was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Eleanor’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Eleanor’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Eleanor’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
