Sparky is exactly that, a "Spark" of excitement with a rumbling purr. This little guy does need to have another young male feline buddy in the house. He loves, loves and loves to play and can take down Godzilla with a pounce and a jump! He will play tag, run, charge and catch me if you can in a fun way. Sparky is fascinated with the other cats in the house and is not bothered by the medium cat friendly pooch. When Sparky is finished playing, he will rest comfortably in his cat tree, then lean over looking for his family to keep him company. He does not really like to be alone and finds it much more enjoyable with companions. He is a love bug purr machine who thinks rolling over for tickling is hilarious. His foster home has other cats and a cat friendly dog and a couple of gentle grandchildren. He is quite serious about having a feline male chum to buddy up with. Sparky has also mentioned he has the ability to use a computer and take calls. So if you work from home, he'd love it! (His adoption fee is $150. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Buddy SPARKY was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Buddy SPARKY’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Buddy SPARKY’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Buddy SPARKY’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
