About this Dog
Meet Georgia! This lovable pup wagged her way into our hearts on March 25, 2024, after arriving from the local pound. She’s been waiting over a year for her forever home, and while shelter life has started to take a toll, her true sweetness shines the moment she steps outside for an adventure. A petite and lean Lab mix, Georgia is an absolute sweetheart who adores playtime and cuddles. She gets along well with adults and kids and charms everyone she meets in town. One of her most endearing traits? An irresistible head tilt when you talk to her—like she’s hanging on to every word. Though Georgia tested positive for Lyme disease in the past, she responded well to treatment, is symptom-free, and is now fully Lyme-vaccinated. She rides well in the car, does great in public, and while she could use some extra leash practice, she’s eager to learn. With her beauty, charm, and big heart, Georgia is ready to find a loving home. Could you be the one to give this incredible girl the forever family she deserves? The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Georgia - Sponsored, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Georgia - Sponsored's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Georgia - Sponsored was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Georgia - Sponsored’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Georgia - Sponsored’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Georgia - Sponsored’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
