🐾 Meet Scooby 🐾 Looking for a loving forever home due to personal hardship. Scooby just turned 4 years old (DOB:07/21/2021), and he’s a sweet, silly boy with a gentle soul. He’s a Pitbull Mixed breed, and while he hasn’t had formal training, he’s very people-focused and loves attention, but is very much a couch potato. He’s bonded with his playmate Dakota, and we’d love for them to stay together if possible. But he’s also friendly with other animals (dogs and cats alike), and could adjust well to a new pack, if done properly! Scooby’s personality is very laid-back most of the time—he’s the type to just hang out nearby and keep you company. He’s affectionate, loyal, and would thrive in a home with someone who can give him the attention and care he deserves. He has his bouts of energy and tends to get it all out with a quick zoomies session, so it’s best he has lots of open space to do so. A few things to know: -Scooby hasn’t been fixed and has not had any vaccines yet -He’s had trouble maintaining weight but he’s eating well and otherwise doing great with no known health issues or injuries. Scooby will come with: -Top Paw bowls -a leash -collar -medium metal dog crate -and more supplies More details can be provided upon request or at a meet-and-greet in a local location. We truly just want what’s best for him—a stable, loving environment where he can thrive!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Scooby Hazelnut was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Scooby Hazelnut’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Scooby Hazelnut’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Scooby Hazelnut’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
