About this Dog
Marie is 2 years old and 43 lbs. Miss Marie is quite the gem! She is a gorgeous blue-eyed German Shepherd/Siberian Husky mix with the great traits of both breeds all wrapped up in one! She is a loyal, calm, "velcro" dog who loves nothing more than being around her foster family. She will follow her foster mom around the yard as she gardens and does chores just to be near her. She also became fast friends with her foster doggie brother and enjoys his company, knowing exactly when he wants to play and when he doesn't. She is very laid back, submissive, and content to go with the flow of the household. Like all younger dogs, she does get a burst of energy at times and loves doing the occasional zoomie around the yard! Marie also likes when her foster mom takes her on neighborhood walks, and is great when passing other people and dogs on a leash. When she first moved into her foster home, like a typical husky, she became a little escape artist, but once she knew she was loved and safe, she wanted to be nowhere else other than home! She can still leap, climb, and even balance on things, including on top of her crate to get a good look out of the window at the front yard! When it's time to settle down at night, she would be happiest flopped on the couch or at your feet, watching tv. She even puts herself to bed in her crate when she gets sleepy! Marie's hidden talent is "singing"! She has the cutest, small bark that makes it sound like she's breaking into song -- you have to hear it! If she doesn't sound perfect enough, Marie is also, house-trained, crate-trained, does well at bathtime, rolls on her back to have her nails clipped and is just all around a go-with-the-flow kind of girl! Adopt Marie and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Marie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Marie's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Marie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Marie's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Marie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Marie’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Marie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Marie’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
