Meet Moo (male tuxedo - thicker nose stripe) and Spider (female tuxedo - thinner nose stripe)! Sweet brother sister duo with their own unique personalities. Moo is an easy going guy that likes being around his humans and loves his sister to death. He’ll let you know when he’s hungry or lonely and is comfortable getting picked up (and secretly loves a belly rub!). Spidey looks like a dainty lady but stands her ground with her big brother. If there’s food, she’s there or on her way. She likes to perch near her humans on a chair arm or back. She’s a bit more timid but loves head scratches and purrs easily. Spider and Moo are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, treated for parasites, and negative for FIV and FELV. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Spider & Moo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Spider & Moo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Spider & Moo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Spider & Moo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
