About this Dog
Hi! My name is Benny and I am looking for a forever home. I was part of a group of dogs that were removed from a bad situation by law enforcement and taken to a scary place called a shelter. We were all pretty scared but then BCAA heard about our plight and said they would help us ... yeah! I appear to be mostly all beagle but may be mixed with something else, but no one knows for sure. I'm probably around 1-3yrs old and weigh between 23-28lbs. I really, really enjoy getting attention from people and I have gotten along with all of the other dogs I have met; so far I haven't even bothered those things called cats. I have done well in my crate without any accidents or tearing up of any bedding, but I would really prefer to be out with you and will let you know not to forget about me if I see or hear you. I have done pretty good on leash as it means I get to do one of my favorite things--put my nose to the ground and hunt, but that's also why I will need either a physically fenced yard or a commitment that I always remain on leash when not in a fenced-in area (us beagles loooove to hunt and once we get on a scent, will follow it anywhere!). If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at www.bcaaofnj.org.

Adopt Benny and Receive Benny's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Benny's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Benny's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Benny, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Benny's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Benny was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Benny’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Benny’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Benny’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
