About this Cat
Bean Sprout is a three-month-old energetic and playful kitten looking for a forever home with people to love and things to explore. This lanky, adorable calico girl has earned herself a hip-hop name: T-Haz! Named for the tripping hazard she is, she’ll throw down the beats while she’s going after your toes. Does she want to be underfoot all the time because she just can’t stand to be away from you? Or is she so intent on which little piggy went to market, and which little piggy stayed home? We may never know. While she does have her mischievous side, this pretty gal is also one of the best snugglers of the group. She loves to get in your face and rub against you. She settles in a lap while her person is working at their desk or lounging on the couch. Bean Sprout is up early with her brothers and sisters and is more than happy to play with them until the humans are up. She'll play with whomever is available and is thrilled to greet her humans with purrs and pets once they’re awake. This group of eight kittens came into rescue as a combination of two different litters. It’s a perfect example of “family is what you make it.” Living outside, each litter had a mama cat, then one mom disappeared, and the other mom took the orphaned kittens. After that mama was tragically hit by a car, a foster took them in. This kind person also had a male cat, who took to “mothering” all eight of the kittens, and was dubbed Mr. Mom. The kittens were transferred down to Pet Haven into their current foster home, to give them the best chance at finding their forever home.Currently, Bean Sprout lives in a foster home with her seven siblings and two adult humans.Ideally, she will find a home with at least one of her siblings (so many to choose from–check out the kittens with “stir-fry” ingredient names), or to a home with another active young resident cat to show her the ropes. This cutie pie likes to have another four-legged partner in crime to rough and tumble with. She is very adaptable, open for adventure, and would fit in well in many family settings. Who doesn’t love adding a few Bean Sprouts? Interested in adopting or learning more about this cat? Please fill out Pet Haven’s adoption application: http://bit.ly/2fd9U2Fpethavenmnwww..org/adopt. All ages and breeds are a best estimate. Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow-up visits.

Adopt Bean Sprout and Receive Bean Sprout's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bean Sprout's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Bean Sprout's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Bean Sprout, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bean Sprout's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bean Sprout was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bean Sprout’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Bean Sprout’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bean Sprout’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
