About this Dog
Well helllooooo there nice to meetcha! My name is Nacho. I think I’m all grown up as a ten month old but my foster mom says I still have some puppy energy with a baby face and silky soft puppy ears. I’m not too sure about strangers- sorry if I bark at you at first, I’m still learning that people aren’t so bad. Once I get my sniffs in I’ll be your best friend! I love to cuddle and give my signature “dead bug” pose to ask for belly rubs. I might even do a wonky somersault into your lap for cuddles if you let me! I like to be where my people are and don’t understand why they would go anywhere without me. How rude of them to not invite me along! I’m making progress with my kennel training but so far I’m not too sure I like it. I’m still new to it so maybe I’ll get there someday. I’m almost completely potty trained and super smart- I learned “sit” and “fetch” in a single day. I’m still new to this whole "leash" thing but I think I like it! I would loooove a doggy friend but if you don’t have one that will be okay as long as I can have playdates sometimes. My foster mom’s cats don’t seem to like it when I play chase with them. Their loss! If I met a cat with more dog experience I think we could learn to be friends. If I sound like your type of guy please come say hi! I’m pretty perfect if I do say so myself. Nacho is from local impound. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. We cannot guarantee the breed or size they will be full grown.* If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.

Adopt Nacho and Receive Nacho's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Nacho's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Nacho's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Nacho, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Nacho's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Nacho was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Nacho’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Nacho’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Nacho’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
