About this Dog
Hi there! I’m Bianca, a 1-year-old Lab/Shepherd mix with a heart full of excitement, a mind eager to learn, and legs built for zoomies! I’ve been in rescue since April with hardly a nibble of interest, but I just know my perfect match is out there. If you love an active lifestyle — hiking trails, long walks, games in the yard, or exploring new places — we might be a dream team. I’ve got energy to spare, a big, happy personality, and a love for anything that keeps my brain and body busy. I’ve already mastered “sit” like a champ, and because I’m super food motivated, teaching me new tricks is a breeze (as long as snacks are involved).I’ve even graduated from the Dog to Dog Socialization for Reactive Dogs class through The Canine Coach! That means I’ve been working hard on my manners, learning to meet other dogs in a healthy, positive way. I still benefit from slow introductions, but I’m making great progress.Leash walking is another skill I’m practicing — apparently, my sled dog impression isn’t ideal — but I’m eager to improve with your guidance. I haven’t met cats yet, and with my shepherd instincts and prey drive, a cat-free home is probably best.I’m affectionate and loving, but let’s be clear — I’m not a full-time couch potato. I’ll happily curl up with you after my daily adventures, but first I’ve got to get my wiggles out.If you’re looking for a smart, driven, and affectionate pup who’s ready to grow with you, learn from you, and join you on every adventure, I just might be your girl. Let’s meet and see where our journey leads! If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please complete an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about our adoption process, please visit our Adoption Process page on our website at www.rescuecrew.org.Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online forms here as well.

Adopt Bianca and Receive Bianca's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bianca's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Bianca's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Bianca, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bianca's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bianca was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bianca’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Bianca’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bianca’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
