About this Dog
I found Sateria 1 yr ago in a Walmart parking lot. It was very obvious that she had been abused and starved. We've come a long way but she has a long way to go. She is very loving, inside lap dog, but still is very fearful. The problem is, she attacked my lab who couldn't fend for himself (12 yrs old and handicapped). It was all unprovoked. The worst was last year. She acted like they were best friends for about a year now. This was until last weekend. I caught her twice attacking in a matter of a few seconds. My lab passed this morning as a result. To be honest I just can't stand to look at her. She needs to be in a home as an only pet someone who help herthrive, and she'll be very lovable. She is 2, spayed, UTD on all shots and doggy door

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sateria was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sateria’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Sateria’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sateria’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
