About this Dog
This is a very had ask for me because this is my mom's dog that I've had since my mom passed away 2yrs ago. She is a good dog. She's around 11-12yrs old. She loves to lay next to you or on you and get cuddles and love. She does well around other dogs in my extended family when we are around them. She does well with kids. She doesn't really like to play. She mostly just lays around and chills. A home visit or two to your house before you take her is mandatory. That way she can meet you and I can feel comfortable on where she is going. Disclaimer: The reason I can no longer keep her is because she has issues going to the bathroom in the house and I am not home enough to be able to let her outside all the time. She does give signs that she needs to go but if I'm not home to notice the signs then she can't hold it. What she needs: - Someone who doesn't work and is home 24/7 that is able to let her outside all the time - Someone who lives in a house with a fenced in backyard - Someone who has patience with her issue I really don't want her to end up in a bad situation so if at any point you realize it's not going to work out I'd like you to give her back to me so I can figure out the next step. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Molly was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Molly’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Molly’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Molly’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
