Meet Valerie â a gentle giant in training! This sweet and slightly timid Great Dane puppy is just beginning her big adventure in the world. With her soulful eyes and floppy ears, Valerie might be a little shy at first, but once she warms up, her playful spirit shines through. She loves a good game of tug, goofy zoomies in the backyard, and quiet cuddles with her favorite humans. Valerie can be a bit nervous of other dogs, and would probably do best in an only dog household. Sheâs still learning the ropes, but with a little patience and a lot of love, Valerie is sure to grow into a loyal, loving companion. If you are interested in meeting Valerie, please visit the shelter during our open hours; Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10a-12:30p & 2p-4p, Thurs 10a-12:30p & 2p-6:30p, and Saturday 9a-1p. Adoption application can be filled out and approved during your meet-and-greet. If you have another dog in the home, plan to bring them for a meet before you complete the adoption!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and VALERIE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, VALERIE’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the VALERIE’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, VALERIE’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
