Bellatrix is a sassy girl. She's had two litters of kittens in her life so far. She'd do best in a quiet home without small kids and no other animals. She never really had a chance to be a kitten when she was a kitten. She LOVES to play with string toys and play with her humans and needs an owner who will play with her daily. She has some sass with playtime, but she's been through a lot so she's allowed. Her previous owner never got her fixed and surrendered her and her son, Neville, due to the owner's mental health issues. She can be adopted with Neville because they get along great but they don't have to be adopted together. Bellatrix comes spayed and up to date on all vaccines.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bellatrix was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bellatrix’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Bellatrix’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bellatrix’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
