About this Dog
Timmy is an adorable boy who charms everyone he meets! He is 2 years old, 67 pounds, and testing revealed a mix of Greater Swiss Mountain dog, Bernese Mountain Dog, and minature poodle. Timmy would like a person (or two) who would take him for walks and has time to play with him, give him belly rubs, and train him. Timmy is very people focused so he needs a home with people who will give him the time, attention, and structure that he needs. He is bouncy young guy who would LOVE a fenced yard to explore, chase squirrels, and roll in the grass.Timmy knows basic commands, including "sit" and "down", but his excitement gets the better of him so "wait" and "stay" could use some work. He is intelligent and treat motivated and responds well to training. He rides well in the car and loves to look out the window and smell all the smells. Timmy is a great companion and after a walk will relax with a chew toy at your feet. He needs a moderate amount of exercise and loves his chewy toys and human companionship. We think Timmy would do best in a calm home with an experienced, patient dog person(s). A home without young children would be best, and don't know about doggie siblings. We think he might enjoy a friend to play with but may need some help learning play boundaries. He is currently in a foster home where we are getting to know more about his needs.Wouldn't you like to be Timmy's person? Apply today!

Adopt Timmy and Receive Timmy's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Timmy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Timmy's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Timmy, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Timmy's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Timmy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Timmy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Timmy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Timmy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
