About this Cat
Meet Sheba – Your Sweet, Wobbly Little Shadow! Sheba is a gentle, affectionate 3-year-old kitty with a heart full of love and a uniquely adorable way of moving through the world. She was born with cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), a non-progressive neurological condition similar to cerebral palsy in humans. But don’t worry—Sheba’s CH is extremely mild. She walks with a cute little wobble and may occasionally flop over after a jump, but it doesn’t cause her pain or require any special accommodations.Sheba does all the regular cat things—she can jump on furniture, navigate stairs, use the litter box, and eat without issue. Her condition just gives her a quirky, kitten-like charm that makes her extra endearing! She’s a sweet-natured, peaceful lap cat who adores being near her people. She also enjoys playing and often acts like a playful kitten. She gets along well with other cats and would do beautifully in a calm, loving home where she can be someone’s cuddle buddy and playful companion.Sheba’s original owner, a disabled individual, sadly had to give her up when transitioning to assisted housing. Now she’s looking for a forever home where she’ll be cherished for the special little sweetheart she is.If you’re looking for a gentle, loving, and uniquely adorable feline friend—Sheba is waiting to meet you! Sheba has done fine with her foster family's calm dog.
