About this Dog
Meet Mudpie – a three-year-old sweetheart with a name that perfectly captures her entrance into our lives. When she first arrived, she looked like a walking, wagging mud puddle—completely covered from head to toe and grinning like it was the best day ever. And honestly? For her, it probably was. After a much-needed spa day (and more than a few towels), Mudpie emerged looking like a brand new dog—except the best part of her was already there all along. Beneath the muck was a gorgeous girl with rich, swirly brown fur, warm eyes, and a heart full of love. Her coat now shines, but it’s her joyful, affectionate spirit that truly stands out.Mudpie is as sweet as pie and twice as comforting. She has a happy-go-lucky tail that never stops wagging, a love for cuddles that’s second to none, and a personality that makes everyone around her smile. She’s good with other dogs and with kids—gentle, patient, and always down for a game or a snuggle session. Whether she’s rolling in the grass, trotting alongside a buddy, or curling up next to you on the couch, she’s just happy to be included. She’s the kind of dog who doesn’t care if it’s sunny or rainy, clean or messy—as long as she’s got her people, a little fun, and a whole lot of love, she’s living her best life. Mudpie reminds us that beauty isn't always obvious at first glance, but give her a chance, and she’ll show you just how much joy and sweetness one dog can bring.Mudpie does have Lyme disease, which means she may need meds during a flare-up—some dogs only have one in their lifetime, while others may have a few. But it doesn’t slow her down at all.If you’re looking for a loyal friend who’s equal parts silly and soulful, Mudpie is ready to roll (maybe even in a little mud) right into your heart. Adopt MudPie and Receive MudPie's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, MudPie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is MudPie's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the MudPie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming MudPie's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and MudPie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, MudPie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the MudPie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, MudPie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
