About this Dog

Miss Nova was born on August 14th, 2021. I got her from a breeder in October of 2021. Due to a recent divorce and housing/financial changes, Im hoping to find a new, patient and loving home for her. She's the biggest snuggle bug and sweetest baby. She does amazing with children but, due to the breeder, she has a pretty big fear of men. She also came to me with a pretty bad anxiety disorder so she is on medicine once a day for it. It causes OCD type tendacies and for her it's with water, so if she isn't taking her medicine she can sometimes over drink which causes alot of peeing. This as not happened in about 1 1/2 years though. The vet says all "aggression" she shows is fear aggression due to the anxiety. It's only towards other dogs, but once she's around them for 30min to an hour she's best friends with them. So other dogs in the house just need to be very slowly and calmly introduced. She's made tons of other puppy friends after her fear calmed down. For men she shows no aggression towards but will duck and run away. It takes months for her to start getting comfortable with new men. She's just a very timid pup and I hope someone can love her like she deserves! She is AKC registered from the breeder and I'll give all paperwork that I have for her. Shes kennel trained and she is spayed as well. Located between waterloo and waverly iowa

Adopt Nova and Receive Dogecoin

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Nova's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

How will Nova receive the Dogecoin?

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Nova, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Nova's Dogecoin here.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Nova was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Nova’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

What happens to unclaimed funds?

We want the Nova’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Nova’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
