Meet Pippa – a gentle soul with a heart full of hope Pippa is an 8-year-old black Lab who’s ready to start her next chapter. She came from a large group of English Labs that our amazing partners at Humane World for Animals have been helping, and now she’s making her way to Minnesota on 8/7. This sweet girl has a soft, kind presence — when approached in her kennel, she wagged her tail, gently took treats from a hand, and leaned in for pets with a relaxed, wiggly body. She may be a little unsure in new situations, but her heart is wide open and ready for love. Pippa will be available for adoption shortly after she arrives. If you're looking for a calm, loving companion with the classic Lab sweetness, Pippa might be just the one. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Pippa *Arriving 8/7* was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Pippa *Arriving 8/7*’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Pippa *Arriving 8/7*’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Pippa *Arriving 8/7*’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
