Milo is a handsome tuxedo boy who loves everyone he meets. He is a chill guy who likes to lounge where he can still be near his humans but have his own space. He likes to give head butts, kisses and will even roll onto his back for a tummy rub once he trusts you. Milo loves to play with wand toys, toy mice and his sister Roche. He loves to explore, look out windows and find the best high perch. Milo and his sister Roche are bonded and will need to be adopted together. Click here to learn more about her! They both are great with other cats and dogs given the proper introductions. Milo just wants to be friends with everyone and has even tried to give head butts to the resident dog in his home. He is a very smart boy and knows the word no and is very good and not jumping on counters or places where you tell him not to be. He is very curious and can open cabinets so you may find him snoozing with your towels sometimes but he has never tried to take food or anything from our cabinets. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Milo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Milo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Milo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Milo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
