About this Dog
Zorro loves the other dogs in his foster home, gets along with the cat and enjoys snuggling with his foster mom. Zorro is still working on potty training as he has a tendency to mark things at times. He is doing much better than when he first arrived. Zorro is a special boy who will require a speical home. He will require an adult only home, due to his occasional sass, that will give him space and time to adjust. He will require a home that will challenge him in terms of getting him used to the things he doesn't like. He will require a fenced in yard, as does not do well with being leashed. He is tiny with a big attitude when it comes to his dislikes. Zorro's likes are: snuggling, playing in the yard, playing with dog friends, burrowing under a blanket, sucking on his blanket, and chwing on toys. Zorro's dislikes are: being leashed, having his nails cut, and getting a bathZorro has signifigant hair loss along his back. Sadly his skin was permentantly damaged and that fur will never grow back. His coat is much healthier than when he first arrived. He is at a healthy weight and his skin, though visable, is in good shape. if interested in learning more about Zorro feel free to reach out to his foster. Adopt Zorro and Receive Zorro's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Zorro's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Zorro's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Zorro, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Zorro's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zorro was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zorro’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Zorro’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Zorro’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
