About this Cat
Georgia is a beautiful kitten, inside and out. Full of playful energy, she loves spending her days romping around with the other foster kittens—especially her siblings, Leonardo and Frida. But don’t let her zoomies fool you—she’s just as happy curling up in your lap for a long, cozy nap. Georgia is a lucky little girl. After losing her mama at a young age, she was rescued from the streets by ARF and has truly blossomed in her foster home. She’s affectionate, social, and ready to find her forever family. She hasn’t met any dogs yet, but with a slow, proper introduction, she would likely do just fine. Because she’s still a baby, Georgia will need companionship—either one of her siblings or another friendly cat at home to snuggle and play with. If you're looking for a kitten with a big heart and a sweet spirit, Georgia could be the perfect addition to your family. We encourage you to consider adopting kittens in pairs! There are several reasons why Georgia would do well with a friend, including: -Two kittens keep each other entertained - they will play and get all their energy out on each other in time for snuggles with you! -Having two kittens to play with each other prevents "I'm lonely and bored" behavioral issues. -Watching two kittens wrestle is quite possibly the cutest thing you will ever see. -The kittens will teach each other "how to cat" and learn to be more social with humans and people. -You'll save two lives instead of one! Georgia is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed , and litter box trained. Georgia's adoption fee is $165. Please note A.R.F. does not approve applications for any kitten under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL. If you are interested in meeting Georgia, please fill out our online kitten adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ today! Once your application has been approved, an A.R.F. volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Georgia O'Keefe's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Georgia O'Keefe's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Georgia O'Keefe, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Georgia O'Keefe's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Georgia O'Keefe was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Georgia O'Keefe’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Georgia O'Keefe’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Georgia O'Keefe’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
