Amara is a beautiful, all-black kitten with a heart as big as her spirit. This sweet girl is on a quest to find a loving forever home that can provide the extra care she needs. Despite facing some physical challenges, Amara's zest for life and affectionate nature shine through in everything she does. With her sleek ebony coat and bright, curious eyes, Amara is a cute little beauty. She’s a playful soul who enjoy toys. She adores human attention, loving pets and cuddles. Amara faces some unique challenges that make her all the more special. While she has control over her front legs, her back legs aren't able to support her weight, though she can wiggle and kick them. This condition doesn't dampen her spirits one bit – Amara has adapted remarkably well and still manages to play and explore with enthusiasm. Her condition may be due to Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), which is like a feline cerebral palsy, or possibly swimmer’s syndrome. Despite these challenges, Amara is a determined little girl with a lot of ambition. While she can hold her bladder for a while, she does experience some leakage. So, she’s getting used to wearing a diaper. She needs help expressing her bladder a few times each day. As Amara grows, she may gain improved mobility in her back legs. We're working closely with her doctors to monitor her progress. The ideal home for Amara would include a feline friend. She seems to long for kitty companionship and would thrive in a household with another cat to play and snuggle with. Amara Her new family will be able to continue her physical therapy regime at home. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Amara's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Amara was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Amara’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
