This adorable, intelligent gray gal wanted to speak for herself!Hi, I'm Snowball. Don't ask me where I got my name unless I was found in some slushy, dirty snow? Just kidding!So, here's my list of my stellar personality traits as well as some likes and dislikes! I figured who better to get the scoop on a potential feline roommate than the feline herself!Here goes- I'm a calm, cuddly, sweet girl who loves nothing better than some loving pets and curling up on a soft, warm and willing lap. Oh, ya, I'm told I'm gentle and affectionate, and who am I to argue? And if you enjoy a feline friend who can have an intelligent conversation with you, I'm your gal! I also have a few cute quirks which frankly only adds to my charm! One, I will perch on the sink and tap on my human friend's shoulder to get pets! Okay, maybe a little demanding, but humans find it adorable! And two, my foster mom reads me bedtime stories which I enjoy but frankly put me to sleep, which is when I curl up on her lap. Adorable, no?! Don't tell anyone, but I ALWAYS guess the ending!Now for my must haves if you want to be my forever person. I absolutely love kicker toys and wands! I do have a slight fear of loud noises, especially thunderstorms and fireworks, but hey, who doesn't? All you gotta do is sit with me for a bit, and I'm golden! Lastly, give me a quiet household with my favorite toys, some attention and nice folks to talk to, play with with comfy laps and maybe a few good picture books and I'll be one happy cat! Some small humans(older children) might make fine buddies, too! As far as other furry friends go, I'm not sure. I haven't met any yet, but maybe in time.So .., if you're looking for a loving and clever feline friend, Snowball could be the perfect match for you. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Snowball's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Snowball was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Snowball’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Snowball’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Snowball’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
