About this Cat
Serenity is a precious little lady found all alone in a parking garage. We had to help her! She has long, wispy, dainty fur, and she is sure to stay stunning all her life. She is also playful, cuddly, and loves to snuggle with the kittens who are her surrogate siblings! No single kitten syndrome for this girl. She has learned all she needs to know from adorable social contact! One other thing about Serenity is that she acquired a retrovirus called FIV from her mother. What does that mean? Well, it sounds scary, but it really just means her immune system is lowered. Cats with FIV can live just as long as cats without, and Serenity did not have a choice in contracting this virus! All she needs is the same care any Catsnap cat needs--good food, an indoor home, and prompt vet care. Would you be willing to let this girl be your serenity? Thank you for your interest in a CATsNAP cat or kitten! If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org. We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes. For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet. Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved. All CATsNAP cats and kittens are: Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age) Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment Sterilization of the animal prior to adoption; no exceptions Micro-chipping as mandated by state law

Adopt Serenity and Receive Serenity's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Serenity's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Serenity's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Serenity, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Serenity's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Serenity was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Serenity’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Serenity’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Serenity’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
