About this Dog
Lia was surrendered to us this week from an incredibly neglectful situation. I need to a home for her. Lia is very affectionate to my husband and myself. She lays at our feet and is really a cuddle bug. She is not a barker. I have rescued pyrs before unfortunately, Lia does not like our mini Aussie but does well with our medium sized golden doodle. I have had her professionally groomed and had no issues with grooming. We went to the veterinarian yesterday and she has an old knee injury that was never cared for but is able to walk just fine. No heart issues either. She will probably need some arthritis medicine. This poor girl had no human interaction except food thrown over a fence occasionally and a creek to drink out of. She just took care of herself all her life. It’s just heartbreaking. If you’re looking to give a home for a dog who has had a really bad life and willing to provide a comfortable environment for her, she would be the dog to have. She is approximately 7 years old, spayed. She needs a home where she can have lots of love and attention. She craves it. She has had no formal training that we know of. This dog would be a great fit for a family wanting a chill dog, or older dog. Thank you for considering her.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Lia's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Lia was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Lia’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
