COSMIC THEMED KITTEN: Approx. 2.5 months old / Approx. 2.5 lbs. & growing Hi, my name’s Orion! My siblings and I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control. We have been having a blast in a great foster home. Now, we have taken up residence in the Kitty Room at the shelter. I can’t wait to meet my new family, so plan to come meet me soon! • OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS: My littermates have been my buddies, so I may enjoy another kitty in my home, so if you have a nice kitty at home already, let’s meet! / I met the dog in my former foster home and was not terribly worried about him – with just a few initial hisses, but nothing afterwards. It likely will depend on the dog, but if you have a kitty-friendly doggie at home, we can probably be pals. / Children in my new home may be nice, since I am a playful kitten, but best they are gentle and know how to handle a kitten, and – of course, let’s meet! • PERSONALITY INFORMATION: My former foster said I was a little ‘standoff-ish’ but have no trouble warming up. I’m playful and loving with a naturally curious nature. I may not be in your lap right away, but give me a little time — and a feather wand or other cool kitten toys — I’ll be curling up next to you before you know it! • SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I enjoy the snuggles in your arms, but I’m not yet what you would call a ‘lap sitter’. I will literally play with anything that moves. I’m always at the top of the cat tree, watching the world. (Wait … are those ‘dive bombs’ from the top of the fridge?) Lol. / I can’t think of any dislikes since I am a kitten, but I would not be happy if I did not get the love and attention all kitties deserve! • MEDICAL: I’m up-to-date on my kitten shots, microchipped and neutered. I am looking for wonderful home where I will be a cherished family member! My adoption fee is $175.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Orion was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Orion’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Orion’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Orion’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
