This sweet puppy was found in a dumpster by the police department and then his feet were burned at animal control from bleach being left on the concrete. He is all healthy now and looking for a home full of love and adventures. Toby is a sweet boy that loves to romp and play with his brother. This busy boy is up for any adventure with his person! Toby loves to explore outside and is curious about what is happening around the house. At night, he is a snuggly baby. He has a healthy appetite and is very playful. He does well with our older dogs. We are working on potty training. We use a pen at this stage, but sometimes feed him in a crate which he tolerates. He does like to chase and bark at the cats so a cat-free home is best. He is a true character and a joy to be around!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Toby was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Toby’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Toby’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Toby’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
