About this Cat
Meet Frank – A Gentle Giant Ready for a New Beginning Frank is a stunning medium-haired gray and white cat with soulful eyes and a calm, affectionate nature. He was originally adopted from Pet Rescue By Judy in 2021 along with his mom and three siblings. Recently, his family returned Frank and his sister Widow to our care, choosing to keep the other two cats. While it was a difficult decision, it became clear that the family had taken on more animals than they could properly care for, and Frank and Widow, unfortunately, bore the brunt of that neglect. When Frank came back to us, he was extremely overweight and his coat was painfully matted—so much so that he had to be professionally shaved. His large size had made it difficult for him to groom himself, and it was clear he hadn’t been getting the brushing or attention he needed. But despite all of that, Frank remains a gentle, loving boy who just wants to be close to people and feel safe again. Frank is now on a journey toward better health. He will need a family who can help him with his weight loss through proper diet, light exercise, and, most importantly, love and patience. Regular brushing will be key in keeping his beautiful coat healthy once it grows back, and he would thrive in a quiet, supportive home where he can continue to heal and rediscover what it means to be cherished. This sweet boy didn’t get the care he deserved the first time around—but we know his perfect match is out there now. Could you be the one to give Frank the fresh start he needs?

Adopt Frank and Receive Frank's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Frank's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Frank's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Frank, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Frank's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Frank was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Frank’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Frank’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Frank’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
