Pearl is a 6 year old beautiful Ragdoll mix. She is sweet with people and gets along fine with the many cats she lives with. We think she could tolerate being the 2nd cat in a home but would love to be the only pet. She has no experience with children but is quite tolerant, as most Ragdolls are. We enjoy scooping her up and holding her like a baby. A dog might be too much of an adjustment for our 6 year old Pearl. Her owner has terminal cancer and Pearl needs new humans to love her for more than her beauty. Pearl requires frequent brushing to avoid mats in her luxurious coat and tumbleweeds in your home. Pearl enjoys her daily catio time so a screened-in porch would be wonderful for her. We see Pearl most happy in a home with lots of people time: retired? Work from home? If you would like to meet Pearl, complete an application. Cyd passed away on 1/26/25 and Pearl is waiting on her purrfect new humans. Pearl's adoption fee is $300. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. All kitties are litterbox trained. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Pearl *Cyd's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Pearl *Cyd was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Pearl *Cyd’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Pearl *Cyd’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Pearl *Cyd’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
