Allow us to introduce you to the eye-catching Molly! This charming young adult female cat has the most striking calico fur patterns and fluffy tail. Molly unfortunately has not had the best life so far, but we are hoping to change that! She was left behind when her family decided to move and forced to contend with an aggressive dog in her neighborhood while trying to survive on the streets. For this reason, she is very wary of dogs. We have been de-sensitizing her to dogs by having her interact with a friendly dog in her foster home, but at this point we are recommending a home where she can gain confidence as the only pet. She is cautious of other cats, but not reactive. With time and patience and a slow introduction she may be able to reside with another cat. We believe she needs to learn to trust again in a loving home environment where she once again feels safe and loved. Molly is approximately a year old, very affectionate to people, calm and laid back. She enjoys a cozy windowsill to bird watch, or a spot next to you on the couch where she can nap. She would make the perfect companion for an individual looking for some feline companionship or for a household with older children.
