Gordita is a little terrier/chihuahua mix, 9-10 yrs old weighing about 6-7 lbs. She expects you to allow her to sleep on you and your bed. She is a regular little love bug. She loves the yards and you can catch her prancing as she walks. She does well with anyone including cats. Her favorite pastime is laying on you while you watch tv and is never far from your side in other words she is a Velcro dog. She has so much love to give and is patiently waiting for her forever owner to shower them with her love.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Gordis was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Gordis’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Gordis’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Gordis’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
