Meet Helga! Helga is a beautiful 7+ year old, 75 lb German Shepherd/Malinois Mix. True to her breed, She has strong protective and territorial instincts. Helga needs a lot of exercise and stimulation throughout the day. She loves to go on walks, play fetch and tug rope. She is very food motivated and loves treats and special dinners. She demands belly rubs from everyone she knows. She is potty trained and sleeps through the night. Helga will need to be the only dog in the home and needs to be in a home without small children. Because of her temperament and behavior, socialization will be extremely important for her over her entire life. Helga's adoption fee is $300. A refundable training deposit of $100 will be also due upon adoption. Training must be provided in a timely fashion to ensure our pups become the best canine citizens. The Training deposit will be refundable within 3 Months of Adoption date. *Helga is eligible for local adoption only with a home visit requirement.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Helga's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Helga was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Helga’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Helga’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Helga’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
