Brief Bio:This big eater with a big personality may take a little time to warm up to cuddles, but once he does, youâll find him purring contentedly on your chest any chance he gets. Ham is playful and sometimes a bit rough with his siblings, but heâs gentle and respectful with peopleâhe knows how to keep his claws in check. He is a little possessive over his food (he loves his meals!), but heâs making great progress as he matures. Heâs a sweet boy under that âtough guyâ exterior.Since his name is quite long, he goes by many names: Hambino, Hambone, Ham Sandwich, Hamsterdam, and oddly enough, Zamboni. Mostly if the time, he just goes by Ham.Summary of Personality:This boy gets his name due to his love for food! He is ALWAYS excited about food. His food, your food, did someone say FOOD?!He is also a major cuddle bug once he warms up to you. He prefers cuddling up high on your chest/neck area. Once heâs comfy, the PURRING will begin! And boy does he PUR!Home Life (experience with kids & other pets, etc):Hambino has no experience with children or other pets, aside from his siblings.He is getting used to wearing a harness but hasnât gone outside with it yet.Ham eats all kinds of food but currently he eats dry food with some occasional wet food.Is your foster litter box trained?: Yes

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and THE GREAT HAMBINO was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, THE GREAT HAMBINO’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the THE GREAT HAMBINO’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, THE GREAT HAMBINO’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
