Brief Bio:Toaster the Tortie is approximately 3 months old and has been in her current foster home since 6/17/2025. She is a spunky girl who loves playing, cuddling, eating, and sleeping. She will be long and lean as she grows up and has the softest fur.Summary of Personality:Get ready to meet the most passionate love of your life! Toaster keeps her family (human and fur alike) on their toes and laughing throughout the day. She has typical âtorti-tudeâ and is a very dominant young lady. She knows who she is and what she likes! She is enthusiastic in everything she does! She loves hard, plays hard, eats hard and sleeps hard! She enjoys cuddling and will sometimes suckle your skin as she drifts off to sleep. She loves feather toys and spring toys and leaping off of tall surfaces! Toaster is a confident and brave girl who will explore any environment and just wants to be your buddy. She will be the perfect addition to your family!!Home Life (experience with kids & other pets, etc):Toaster has experience with 4 adult cats, 1 large dog and 1 small dog. She is confident around other animals and is learning to respect boundaries. She prefers to play with her brother, but could make a great companion for another animal. She does not have experience with children, but will likely be confident and comfortable around them.Include any observations:Toaster is fully house trained and orders clay litter over any other type of litter. She is currently learning the boundaries of allowed and off limit places in the house and will need consistent reinforcement of the rules (i.e. - no jumping on tables/shelves/etc).Is your foster litter box trained?: Yes

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and TOASTER was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, TOASTER’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the TOASTER’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, TOASTER’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
