About this Cat
Brief Bio:Pollux came into foster at around 3 weeks with his three siblings. They have been in foster for over two months in a house with a dog and two adult cats. He has had the freedom to explore the house and has enjoyed trips in the car. You can see more pictures of him on instagram @basket.of.kittensSummary of Personality:Pollux is the little wild man of this litter. He is the Velcro kitten - he loves to be on a human and just purr and purr. He is trying to learn that hands are not toys. He was the first to do everything physical - climb out of the crate, jump on the table (and be told that he's not allowed to do that), and play with all the cat toys. He usually is in the lead of exploring around with his siblings following him. He is a complete sweetheart and unafraid of anything. Because of his personality and energy, his foster has been training him on a leash with a harness with some success. He also wants to play with the big cats!Home Life (experience with kids & other pets, etc):Pollux has been around other cats (his siblings and two resident adult male cats) and a dog since he was a little kitten. He is very comfortable with other animals. He wants to play with the dog and the big cats. He has not been around children, and is a little wild and in his dinosaur stage, so he might not be great with little kids right now. He would do great in a family with other pets and/or who have time to play with him and tire him out.Include any observations:Litter box trained on walnut litter and clumping clay litter. Is your foster litter box trained?: Yes
Contribute to POLLUX's Stash!

100% of POLLUX's balance will be sent to whoever adopts POLLUX.
Adopt POLLUX and Receive POLLUX's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, POLLUX's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is POLLUX's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the POLLUX, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming POLLUX's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and POLLUX was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, POLLUX’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the POLLUX’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, POLLUX’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
