Dear Future Family, Hi there! My name is The Big One, but don’t let the name fool you, I’m just a big ball of love. I’m what you might call a mama’s boy: soft, snuggly, and totally devoted to my favorite humans (and cozy blankets!). I’m very playful and full of curiosity! If there’s a nook, cranny, or cardboard box around, I will investigate it. But once I’ve finished exploring, all I want is to curl up beside you (or right on you!), purr up a storm, and knead a blanket like a little biscuit-maker. I’m looking for a family who loves cuddles, playtime, and soft purring in their lap. I promise to be your loyal little shadow, your blanket buddy, and your best friend. With lots of love (and maybe a little head boop), The Big One *Note: A2R kitties are all sterilized, fully vaccinated (if old enough), socialized in private homes not a cattery, they usually receive high end cat food, probiotics, & regular health care. We also provide 30 days of Petcademy free to support transition into your new home as well as having a professional cat behavior coach on staff to support your needs. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, The Big One's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and The Big One was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, The Big One’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the The Big One’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, The Big One’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
