To my future family, Hi there! My name is Gomez, and I’m a black and white tuxedo kitten with a love for adventure, playtime, and cuddles. I may be small, but I’ve got a big personality—and even bigger dreams of finding a forever home… hopefully with my best friend named 'Cousin Itt'. We’ve been together since the very beginning—playing, pouncing, and napping in sunbeams. I love exploring and finding new things to chase, and Cousin Itt is always right there with me, ready to join the fun (or start it!). I’m the bold, curious one who always wants to see what’s behind the next door, and Cousin Itt is the snuggly, observant type who balances me out perfectly. We’re kind of like the dream team of kitten cuteness. I would really love for us to be adopted together, because he’s my very best friend (there is a discount if you adopt us both!). We make each other braver, happier, and let’s be honest, way more entertaining to have around! For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Gomez was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Gomez’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Gomez’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Gomez’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
