Hi there! I’m Miss Fudge, and I’ve got a mind of my own and a heart big enough to fill your whole house. I was bottle-raised from the time I was tiny, so I grew up trusting humans. I like being near people, and I’m not shy, but I’m definitely not a clingy kitten. I’ll cuddle when I choose to, and when I do, it’s the best. I might curl up on your feet, lay nearby on the couch, or even climb into your lap for a moment, then I’m off again, chasing toys or exploring like I’m on a safari. I’m goofy, confident, playful, and always curious. I growl while I play (it’s kind of my signature move), carry my favorite toys everywhere, and make people laugh all day long. I’d be happiest adopted with a sibling or placed in a home with another young, playful cat. I’ve always had company, and I really don’t like being the only cat in the room. I’ve even lived with a small calm dog and did just fine. I’ll bring adventure, joy, and just the right amount of snuggles to your life. Once sterilized, I will have been seen by a veterinarian, had all shots I was able to get when I was sterilized or they checked my sterilization status and microchipped! All I need now is you! I am currently living in a foster home and am fully litter trained. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Miss Fudge was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Miss Fudge’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Miss Fudge’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Miss Fudge’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
